The Food for Life Partnership was featured on BBC One on Saturday night as part of the The National Lottery's Big Night live show which awarded the nation's favourite lottery projects. The Partnership reached the finals in the best Health category through public voting.

A poll released today for the School Food Trust found that four out of five children eating school meals have tried food in the school canteen that they would never try at home.

This year’s BBC Radio 4’s Food and Farming Awards are now open, and they are looking for nominations in the Best “Dinner Lady” / Public Caterer Award. So if you think your school cook or caterer fits the bill then get nominating! Deadline: 15th August.
