Greek Cooking Experience

As part of Cowes Primary's Quest Cooking and Food for Life group, 14 children from Osprey and Kingfisher classes were chosen to visit the IW College kitchens on Thursday afternoon. The children were treated like real chefs and had hats and aprons to wear and got really hands on in helping to prepare some Greek food. They made courgette and feta fritters and tomato, mint and halloumi fritters; everyone sampled the food and Mrs Gilbraith and Mrs Hutton thought it was delicious but some of the children didn't agree!
Thank you to Clair, Kirsty and Paul from the College for providing a fantastic afternoon for our children.
