Meat Free Monday

So today is our first ever Meat Free Monday as part of National Vegetarian Week 2017, and we are very excited! We are serving pasta with a variety of sauces, mushroom rissoto stuffed peppers, and jacket potatoes with baked beans, as well as our vegetable soup of the day and all of our salad items.

We have displayed lots of facts about the benefits of Meat Free Monday on our catering noticeboard, as well as how to maintain a balanced and healthy vegetarian diet.

Now we just have to wait and see what the students think...
