Caterlink acheived the standard in 2017 for their schools across Islington. Caterlink were strong within the environmental management and policies, and targets section of the Green Kitchen Standard.
The Freeman Hospital in Newcastle hold the Green Kitchen Standard as well as a Food for Life Served Here award. They were keen to show their commitment to sustainability, save money and achieve recognition for their work.
