Caterlink retain their Silver Food for Life Served Here Award

Caterlink are not new to FFLSH. They have been awardees for over a decade, having been an early adopters when the scheme was launched under it’s previous name of Catering Mark.

Neil Fuller, Managing Director of Caterlink, said:

“We are delighted to have retained our Food for Life Served Here accreditation. Caterlink values and supports the Food for Life programme and we’re delighted to have held this accolade since 2009. The ethos of Food for Life Served Here is at the heart of what the Caterlink teams achieve across the county providing freshly prepared school lunches for pupils to enjoy. We know that parents, teachers and pupils appreciate the efforts our team go to that ensures pupils enjoy their school lunch which is prepared using assured local and regional produce”

As a Silver FFLSH award-holder, they are:

  • Serving meat which comes from farms which satisfy UK animal welfare standards
  • Serving over 5% organic ingredients including beef mince and yoghurts
  • Serving sustainable fish
  • Serving locally produced and seasonal produce
  • Helping to make healthy eating easier
